Handling takes one to three business days and transit runs five to eight, so most orders land inside six to eleven business days in total. The largest items, gazebos and outdoor kitchen islands, sit at the long end of that range. Every shipment has tracking.

Free shipping applies to most orders inside the Continental U.S. and there is no order minimum. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded. Orders move through USPS, UPS or FedEx with tracking.

Contact us inside the return window listed on our Refund Policy page and we will walk you through it. Tell us what is actually wrong before you repack anything, because some problems are solved with a replacement part rather than a full return.

It varies by model and the specifics are on each product page. Broadly, the gazebos and pergolas here use aluminum or cedar frames with galvanized steel or polycarbonate roofs, and the fire tables are concrete, powder-coated steel or aluminum. If you want the gauge or fastener detail on a specific model, ask and we will pull it from the manufacturer spec.

Measure the usable area rather than the whole deck, and leave about three feet of walking space behind each seat. Send us the measurements and a photo and we will tell you which sets fit and which will crowd the space. We would rather talk you into a smaller set than have you return a large one.
